Arto Saari auf Alien Workshop

Ja ihr habt richtig gelesen, Arto Saari hat Flip Skateboards verlassen und ist zu Alien Workshop gewechselt. Damit ist wohl einer der größten Deals dieses Jahres über die Bühne gegangen. Manche werden darüber vielleicht schon spekuliert haben, da die Firmen seines vorherigen Wechsels Analog und Gravis (noch nicht offiziell bestätigt), unter dem Burton–Konzern laufen. Und genau dieser Snowboardhersteller hat vor nicht allzu langer Zeit auch Alien Workshop gekauft. Aber durch seine langjährige Verbundenheit zu Flip und die enge Freundschaft zu Rowley und Co, glaubte man nicht wirklich daran. Im kommenden Flip Video wird Arto`s Part natürlich fehlen, was wohl ein schwerer Schlag für Flip ist. Die Arto Fans können sich jedoch auf seinen Part im Alien Workshop Video „Mindfield“ freuen, welches noch in diesem Jahr erscheinen wird. Alien Workshops Press Release:  

Alien Workshop welcomes Arto Saari to the Sovereign Sect. His accomplishments and contributions to skateboarding are well documented and make Arto a perfect addition to the team. He brings style, respect, and his own unique perspective to the Alien Workshop. Arto has traveled extensively with Omar Salazar and Dylan Rieder and was unanimously welcomed by the entire team. Look for Arto to appear in the upcoming Alien Workshop video titled Mind Field.

Geoff`s E-Mail an Transworld:
As from today, Arto Saari is no longer riding for Flip Skateboards, and has found a new home at Alien Workshop.

Everyone at Flip wishes Arto the best for his future with the Burton family, and are in total support of this move for him.
